This retreat is about looking at our own bullshit, diving headfirst into our secrets, pains and sorrows.

We will begin with deep release around a fire ceremony, letting go of the past pain stories. Acknowledging the shame and guilt we carry, addressing our fears and limitations and moving past them.
Through the weekend we will learn how to turn our
wounds into our wisdom.
