About the Event
Each Sunday at 11:00 am Chelsey will guide you through a meditation to help bring awareness into your body. Bringing a relaxing, calming state to all. Each week will be different and catered to those who show up and would like assistance in any area. Focus on feeling safe and grounded, welcoming joy and abundance while opening to receive.
This is open to all, for your first time or if you do it regularly. There is no need to have experience, no need to be a certain way or feel incapable. We will flow through it all together and feel better after!
Then a discussion on self-care and how making time for yourself each week can improve your well being. I have been passionate about having self-care Sundays be a part of my own life and am excited to share with others.
